Functional Lead – Admisión y Riesgo de Crédito 🏦
At Babel, we continue to grow and we are looking to incorporate a Functional Lead specialized in Credit Admission and Risk to lead functional transformation initiatives within the banking sector.
We are looking for a person with solid experience in credit asset and risk processes, capable of leading the functional definition of solutions, coordinating teams, and acting as a link between business and technology areas.

Lead the functional definition and evolution of solutions related to credit admission and risk processes, ensuring that initiatives are delivered with quality, aligned with business needs, and coordinating the different teams involved.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Lead the analysis and functional definition of projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate functional teams and collaborate closely with technical teams.
- Act as the main interlocutor between business, risk, and technology areas.
- Define functional requirements and ensure their correct implementation.
- Coordinate and supervise functional tests and production deployments.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement during project execution.
- Promote continuous improvement of credit admission and risk processes.
- Support and provide guidance to other functional analysts, promoting best practices.

¿Qué buscamos? 🔎
- More than 8 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Experience leading functional analysis and projects related to:
- Credit admission.
- Credit risk.
- Asset operations.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Admission processes.
- Concession policies.
- Approval circuits.
- Scoring and rating.
- Decision engines.
- Loans, mortgages, and pre-approved products.
- Experience coordinating functional teams and managing the interface with business and technology.
- Ability to lead initiatives from start to finish and facilitate decision-making.
We will value positively ⭐
- Participation in risk or lending platform transformation programs.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Availability: Hybrid modality, with at least one day on-site at the client.
