We are looking for a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our expanding team to help students achieve their full potential through functional English skills.
In This Rewarding Role, You Will

Deliver high-quality Functional Skills English teaching across diverse learning environments

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners at Level 1 to Level 3

Support and motivate students to achieve their goals

Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and implement achievement strategies

Lead designated study programmes, ensuring an outstanding learner experience

Design, deliver, and evaluate programmes to align with curriculum requirements

Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment

Hours per week: 15 Working pattern:
- Monday: 8.30am–8.30pm
- Tuesday: 11.30am–3.30pm Salary: £14,639 (up to £16,037 upon promotion after one academic year)
About You
You will be a creative and organised educator with:
- Skilled planning and delivery of innovative lessons
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, empathetic approach
- Effective classroom management to ensure a productive learning environment
- Commitment to tracking student progress and providing targeted support
Ideal qualities include:
- Experience (though not essential) in teaching English or workplace training
- Ability to teach across Level 1 to Level 3 Functional Skills
- Motivation to inspire learners in their studies
