What you need: QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed, or DET/CET qualifications are highly preferred. Strong Functional Skills delivery experience with relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualifications in Maths and/or English. Deep understanding of Functional Skills reform standards and exam board requirements (e.g., Pearson, City & Guilds). Experience tutoring or supporting learners in a structured environment, particularly those re-sitting exams or returning to education. Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one).
