OVERVIEW: FUNCTIONAL SKILLS TUTOR
We are currently seeking an experienced Functional Skills Tutor to deliver and coordinate the successful completion of Functional Skills qualifications, for a well-established training provider.
Delivering Functional Skills Maths & English up to L2 in a classroom environment.
For the right candidate this position will offer real autonomy to plan, deliver and support learners and we really welcome innovation and creativity when considering the best ways to engage learners both in the classroom.

This role is centre-based (Bulford), but you will need to be flexible to travel to other centres when needed.
SALARY/BENEFITS: FUNCTIONAL SKILLS TUTOR
- Salary £32K
- Mileage at 45p
- Work tools provided

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: FUNCTIONAL SKILLS TUTOR
To lead the planning, delivery and assessment of English and Maths to individuals and groups of learners.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: FUNCTIONAL SKILLS TUTOR
- Experience of delivering Functional Skills Maths & English in a previous role up top level 2
- Teaching qualification at L4 or above
- Good IT and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail / time management skills
- Passion for people development
- Full UK Driving license and use of own car
