A leading global investment management business is looking to hire a qualified Fund Accountant to join its London-based finance team.
The role will focus on the financial oversight of a portfolio of UK and pan-European property investments, working closely with investment, asset management, and operational teams across the business.
This is a broad position offering exposure to fund reporting, corporate accounting, treasury, tax, and investor-related activities within a complex real estate environment.

Responsibilities
- Financial and fund reporting
- Management and statutory accounting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Audit and tax coordination
- Cash flow and treasury oversight
- Supporting investment transactions
- Stakeholder and service provider management
- Maintaining strong financial controls and governance processes
Candidate Requirements

- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience within real estate, property, or real asset investment environments
- Strong accounting and reporting knowledge
- Confident communicator with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced environment
