FUND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE & INFRASTRUCTURE FUND
Salary to £75,000 pa plus strong benefits and bonus potential
5 days in office, based in Mayfair
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing international investment manager investing in commercial and infrastructure assets across Europe. Working within a collaborative finance team, you will support the financial management and reporting of complex European fund structures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quarterly NAVs and financial reporting prepared by third-party administrators.
- Coordinate audits, financial close and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain fund shadow accounting and technical accounting papers.
- Manage cash, banking and hedging across fund structures.
- Support investor reporting, capital calls and distributions.
- Liaise with tax advisers, lawyers and service providers.
- Drive process improvements, automation and strong financial controls.
- Support investment and asset management teams on transactions and business plans.

Experience Required
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) with 2+ years' PQE.
- Real estate, infrastructure or private equity fund accounting experience.
- Knowledge of IFRS, INREV NAV and Luxembourg fund structures.
- Experience managing third-party service providers.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Yardi experience advantageous.
