FUND ACCOUNTING MANAGER EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE & INFRASTRUCTURE FUND Role: £75,000 pa + benefits + bonus potential | Location: Mayfair (5 days in office)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing international investment manager investing in commercial and infrastructure assets across Europe. Working within a collaborative finance team, you will support the financial management and reporting of complex European fund structures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quarterly NAVs and financial reporting prepared by third-party administrators.
- Coordinate audits, financial close, and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain fund shadow accounting and technical accounting papers.
- Manage cash, banking, and hedging across fund structures.
- Support investor reporting, capital calls, and distributions.
- Liaise with tax advisers, lawyers, and service providers.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and strong financial controls.
- Support investment and asset management teams on transactions and business plans.

Experience Required
- Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) with 2+ years' PQE.
- Industry Experience:
- Real estate, infrastructure, or private equity fund accounting.
- Familiarity with IFRS, INREV NAV, and Luxembourg fund structures.
- Third-party Management: Experience managing third-party service providers.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Yardi experience is advantageous.
