Fund Controller | Deal Support | Private Equity | London
We're partnering with a leading, multi-billion-dollar private equity manager, actively investing and in a strong period of growth; to hire a Fund Controller into a newly expanded Fund Finance team.
This is a broad, deal-facing seat for someone who wants a more commercially orientated role. You'll sit at the intersection of fund control, financial modelling and deal support; partnering with the investment teams as deals are structured and closed.
The role
- Financial and scenario modelling and forecasting at fund level
- Dry powder and capital deployment analysis
- Deal support — coordinating closings, board timelines and deal-team workflows across a select number of high-value transactions each year
- Working closely with the investment/deal teams and wider fund operations function
- Fund control across a complex, multi-fund private equity platform, oversight of fund accounting, reporting and fund-level financials

You'll bring
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE as a guide
- Private equity experience, or a background in private market funds
- Adept at managing complex funds, multiple stakeholders, including deal teams, with excellent communication throughout
