Fund Controller - Real Estate Investment

Role: Fund Controller

Salary

£80,000 - £90,000 plus bonus

An established Real Estate Investment Manager is looking to hire a Fund Controller to lead all finance requirements for a broad portfolio of Real Estate assets.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualified experience who is looking to further progress their career in the Real Estate Investment sector.

In this role you will look after financial and investor reporting, some operational aspects of the fund such as cash management, investor services, and debt financing, as well as commercial aspects such as supporting on transactions.
