Fund Finance Associate / Counsel | London
A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate, Senior Associate or Counsel to join its growing Fund Finance practice in London.
The team advises leading financial institutions, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and asset managers on a broad range of sophisticated fund financing transactions, including:
- Subscription and capital call facilities
- NAV and hybrid facilities
- GP and management company financings
- Umbrella and syndicated fund finance facilities
- Continuation fund and secondary financing transactions
- Bespoke financing solutions for private capital sponsors

The practice acts for many of the world's leading banks and fund sponsors, advising across the full spectrum of private capital finance transactions in both domestic and cross-border markets.
Associates and Counsel are given significant responsibility from an early stage, working closely with partners and clients on complex transactions while playing an active role in business development and the continued growth of the practice.

Candidates should ideally have:
- 3+ years' post-qualification experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, or broader banking & finance with meaningful exposure to fund finance transactions
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial judgement and client management experience
- Experience gained at a leading UK, US, or international law firm
