Fund Finance Lawyer (2–6 PQE) | London | Leading International Law Firm
We're currently instructed on an exciting opportunity for a qualified Fund Finance Lawyer to join the London office of a leading international law firm.
Please note: This role is exclusively for qualified lawyers with private practice Fund Finance experience. Applications from banking, corporate finance, lending or other non-legal backgrounds will not be considered.
The firm's market-leading Fund Finance practice advises many of the world's leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, asset managers and investment funds on the full spectrum of fund financing products. The team is recognised for handling sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across subscription line, NAV and hybrid facilities, acting for both lenders and sponsors on some of the most significant financings in the market.

Working alongside highly regarded partners, you'll advise a stellar international client base on complex, high-value transactions within a genuinely collaborative and entrepreneurial team.
The Role
You'll advise on a broad range of Fund Finance matters, including:
- Subscription line facilities
- NAV facilities
- Hybrid facilities
- Advising both lenders and sponsors
- Cross-border financing transactions involving leading banks, investment funds and private capital sponsors
About You
We're keen to speak with qualified lawyers who have:
- 2–6 years' PQE (or overseas equivalent)
- Current private practice experience in a recognised Fund Finance team
- Experience advising on subscription, NAV and/or hybrid facilities
- Experience gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm
- A genuine interest in continuing to build a specialist Fund Finance practice
