Sales & Client Service Associate

Location: London (hybrid – 3/2) Department: Investment Management

A leading global investment manager is hiring a Sales & Client Service Associate to join its client group. This role is tailored for someone already established in asset management, eager to step into a front-line sales career—commercially astute, ambitious, and eager to learn from industry leaders in fund distribution.

You'll collaborate directly with Sales Directors, embedded in active client relationships, driving the business forward. The role requires a mix of coordination support and sales focus, with the expectation that the right candidate can pivot quickly into a sales-driven role while already contributing from day one. Ideal applicants have industry experience and a clear ambition to grow in sales.

About the Role

  • Hands-on involvement in client-facing activities
  • Seamless transition from support to sales contribution
  • Opportunity for rapid skill development in client servicing and fund sales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
