Join us as a Funded Customer Associate.

Location: Hybrid with travel to Newbury or Liverpool.
Vacancy Type: Permanent/Full Time.

As a Funded Programmes Associate, you'll play a key role in helping organisations maximise the value of their funded learning opportunities. You'll build strong relationships with customers, drive learner engagement and programme uptake, and identify opportunities to convert partially funded programmes into paid solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new Adult Social Care providers who are eligible for fully and partially funded learning programmes.
  • Build new customer relationships with Local Authorities, residential, domiciliary and community care providers.
  • Prospect through telephone, email, Microsoft Teams meetings and attend events where appropriate to generate new funded opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships built on sector and product knowledge.
  • Make welcome calls, follow-up calls and regular engagement calls to prospective, new and existing funded customers.
  • Support customers throughout their funded learning journey, ensuring they maximise learner registrations and programme uptake.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively contact organisations where learner activity or programme utilisation could be improved.
  • Promote relevant Flourish products and services where they add value to customer outcomes.
  • Manage a portfolio of funded customer accounts, ensuring they receive an exceptional customer experience and ongoing support.
  • Support customer onboarding and programme implementation.
  • Undertake research and support the team to gain customer and market insight.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Customer Engagement Team to maximise customer engagement and business growth.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately recorded.

Skills & Experience

  • No previous Flourish product knowledge is required as full training and mentoring will be provided.
  • Previous experience within adult social care, customer engagement, business development, account management or customer service would be advantageous.
  • Ideally GCSEs above Grade C (or equivalent) including English and ICT.
