About the Role

Our structured development pathway combines professional education with practical experience, enabling learners to work towards an Ofqual-regulated Level 5 or Level 7 Diploma in Financial Trading.

This pathway provides:

  • The knowledge, technical skills, and discipline required to succeed in today’s financial markets
  • Comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, one-to-one performance coaching, and continuous professional support

Whether you're new to trading or looking to advance your existing knowledge, graduates will have access to a simulated funded trading account, allowing you to apply market learning while earning performance-based rewards.

This opportunity is fully remote and offers:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Suitable for both full-time and part-time commitments

Responsibilities

As your skills develop, you will:

  • Complete CPD-accredited financial markets education
  • Learn how global financial markets operate and develop professional trading skills
  • Attend live training sessions, workshops, and educational webinars
  • Receive one-to-one performance coaching and regular trade reviews
  • Develop skills in:
    • Risk management
    • Trading psychology
    • Market analysis
  • Progress toward trading one of our simulated funded accounts as part of the development pathway
  • Continue expanding your knowledge through:
    • Advanced educational programmes
    • Ongoing mentoring

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A genuine interest in the financial markets
  • A willingness to learn and continuously improve
  • Strong self-discipline and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude

Previous trading experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
