We are currently looking for a Funding Administrator to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and numerical skills to play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely funding of new vehicles. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You'll join a collaborative Funding team responsible for managing vehicle funding processes, maintaining relationships with financial institutions, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and recording of transactions. Working closely with internal stakeholders and funders, you'll contribute to operational excellence while supporting the team in delivering against key objectives and service standards.
What's The Role
- Process and manage new vehicle funding to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Maintain accurate funding records and transaction data across internal systems
- Manage allocated funder ledgers and support reconciliation activities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with funders and their operational teams
- Monitor workloads and re-prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and business objectives
- Escalate risks, issues, and concerns to management when appropriate
- Support process improvements and implement changes requested by senior stakeholders

What Can You Offer
- Experience in accounts payable, sales ledger, banking, finance administration or a similar numbers-focused role
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate work
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Funding experience is desirable but not essential
