A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a candidate with some fundraising experience to join an early stage Venture Capital firm, in a newly created position, to manage the fundraising and investor relations strategy. The role is a remote working role (must be based in Europe). You will work part time initially (c.20 hours per week) for 3-6 months, then move to a full time basis if successful.

The role will work directly for two Partners, and support the leadership team in developing and extending its investor network across LPs including family offices, fund of funds and institutional investors across all geographies. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the fundraising strategy and plan, managing the target pipeline and the CRM. You will manage all investor outreach communications and manage the relationships of LPs all the way through to closing, including overseeing the due diligence process of new investors. You will get involved in sector specific content creation for engaging with LPs, working closely with the investment team. The role will involve an element of travel. You must have prior sales experience and be comfortable with cold outreach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
