Job Description
As Fundraising Lead at Bloomsbury Football Foundation, you will drive growth for a £3m portfolio within the UK's fastest-scaling sport-for-good charity. You’ll manage high-value relationships, craft persuasive multi-year proposals, and pioneer AI-driven fundraising strategies. This is a high-responsibility role offering direct exposure to senior leadership as we expand our life-changing impact to 40,000 children nationwide.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end grant lifecycle for a complex portfolio, from conducting in-depth prospect research to writing high-impact, tailored proposals for major trust and foundation partners.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to manage funder stewardship and reporting, ensuring long-term partnership retention and securing repeat multi-year funding commitments.
- Help lead the integration of AI-enabled tools into the fundraising pipeline to improve system efficiency and pioneer new methods of data-driven funder engagement.
The ideal candidate
- Outstanding written and verbal communicator with a sharp intellect, able to distill complex social impact data into persuasive, professional narratives for sophisticated audiences.
- Proactive professional with experience in fast-paced environments like consulting, banking, politics, or high-growth charities who thrives when given significant independence and responsibility.
- Highly organized project manager capable of juggling multiple competing deadlines and tracking grant requirements across a large portfolio without losing attention to detail.
