We are looking for a proactive and passionate Fundraising Lead (Volunteer) to join our mission-driven and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- You will lead a small team of the Fundraising department and coordinate with a Grant Writer.
- You will manage the Fundraising Coordinator position.
Fundraising
- Develop and implement fundraising campaigns and giving strategies that align with the ROMILDAMOR Foundation’s branding and tone.
- Coordinate sponsorship packages and fundraising events.
- Discover new funding, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities, using funding databases, corporate social responsibility programmes, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new donors, partners, corporate sponsors, trusts, and philanthropists.
- Provide excellent stewardship to our donors and partners.
Communications and Administration
- Monitor income, grant deadlines, and reporting requirements, using relevant tools like CRM.
- Prepare written reports for the Foundation, donors, and funding bodies.
- Work closely with the Director and relevant departments to align fundraising with the organisation’s mission and goals.
- Ensure the foundation adheres to fundraising regulations and best practice.

What are we looking for?
About You
- Previous experience of managing stakeholder relationships and/or developing fundraising strategies.
- Strong communication skills, especially written, with the ability to craft persuasive messages and accurate reports.
- Relationship-building skills to engage and maintain connections with donors, sponsors, and funding bodies.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple funding projects, event calendars, and reporting deadlines.
- Knowledge or experience of the charity sector and fundraising landscape (e.g. trusts, foundations, corporates).
- Understanding of fundraising platforms (e.g., JustGiving, donor CRMs, or similar tools).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Alignment with our mission of supporting survivors of human trafficking and gender-based violence.

What will you be doing?
As a Fundraising Lead, you will enable the ROMILDAMOR Foundation to achieve its mission of supporting survivors of human trafficking and gender-based violence with strong financial stability. You will lead the development and implementation of new fundraising strategies to secure and maximise vital funds from individual donors, corporate sponsors, and grants. You will also build strong relationships with existing donors and reach new corporate sponsors, trusts, and philanthropists through events, newsletters, and more.
You will join our foundation at a pivotal stage where your knowledge, skills, and experience will shape how we grow from here.
This is a voluntary role requiring 6-7 hours of commitment weekly.
