Fundraising Manager
I’m helping ALMSE UK find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Fundraising Manager.
You will expand life-changing support for children with disabilities by leading strategic growth.
Compensation:
GBP 38K - 45K/year

Mission of ALMSE UK:
"Founded with a deep commitment to supporting children with special needs, Al-Mudassar Trust addresses the growing needs of these children in rural Pakistan. We offer completely free education and healthcare services to children with special needs, specifically those living in and around Tehsil Kharian, Pakistan."

Role Overview:
- ALMSE UK is a registered UK charity supporting children with disabilities in Pakistan through free specialist education, rehabilitation, therapy, and boarding.
- The organization currently supports over 450 children and is seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to help grow its impact across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the fundraising strategy with clear targets.
- Organize fundraising events and campaigns across the UK.
- Build partnerships with mosques, schools, businesses, and community organizations.
- Develop relationships with major donors and corporate partners.
- Recruit and support fundraising volunteers.
- Grow digital and community fundraising.
- Maintain donor records, budgets, and fundraising reports.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven success in fundraising, sales, or business development with measurable income growth.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills across diverse communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting and pitching.
- Experience planning and delivering events or campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Confident with CRM systems, pipelines, and basic fundraising analytics, such as conversion and ROI.
- Willing and able to travel regularly across the UK, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Charity fundraising experience.
- Knowledge of Muslim community fundraising, Ramadan and Zakat campaigns, and faith-based giving cycles.
- Experience organizing events and managing volunteers.
Success Measures:
- Fundraising income achieved.
- Growth in regular donors and donor retention rates.
- Number of events and campaigns delivered.
- New community and corporate partnerships.
- Volunteer recruitment and retention.
