SensationALL is a registered charity in northeast Scotland providing specialist support for people with neurodivergent conditions or additional support needs who require a safe, tailored place to play, develop skills and socialise.
Our mission is to improve the lives of our service users and their family members so they can reach their full potential at all stages of life and development.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced leader who has a proven track record of income generation to join our growing team.
This pivotal senior management role involves developing and leading fundraising strategies while building relationships with supporters and funders. You will oversee all of the charity's fundraising functions, generating sustainable income via grants, donations from corporate and individual giving and our own calendar of events.
The Fundraising & Marketing Manager will lead the development and delivery of fundraising initiatives and marketing campaigns to support SensationALL’s services and strategic goals.

Experience and responsibilities
Experience in fundraising and income generation is essential, including donor stewardship, grant applications, corporate partnerships, and community fundraising.
- You will be required to manage and deliver a fundraising strategy that meets and exceeds the charity's financial targets.
- Source funding sustainably from a mix of income streams with a strategic focus on high-value opportunities to achieve organisational growth.
- Manage the fundraising team to secure grants from private trusts & foundations and donations from corporate and individual supporters.
- Lead the charity's fundraising campaigns and events to engage donors and supporters in raising money for the charity.
- Manage and monitor a robust grants funding pipeline to identify and qualify opportunities, working closely with the Funding Officer to produce high quality funding proposals aligned with organisational objectives.
- Event planning and project management abilities, including organising timelines, coordinating stakeholders, managing budgets, and evaluating outcomes.
- Analytical and organizational skills, including data tracking, reporting on fundraising and marketing performance, and maintaining accurate records.
- Commitment to SensationALL’s values, with an understanding of or interest in neurodivergent and complex needs, and a compassionate, inclusive approach.

This role is based on 30 hours per week with hybrid working between our main centre in Westhill and your home. Core working hours are Monday to Thursday and flexibility will be required to cover occasional evening and weekend events.
Use of a car is essential.
Salary available is £30,000-35,000 based on experience.
