Fundraising Operations Assistant - UK and Europe

Opportune Campaign Coordinator – Movember (Fixed-Term, Full-Time, London)

Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way.

Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health, and suicide. At Movember, we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act, and live longer, healthier lives.

Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a purpose-fueled crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.

DO GOOD. Work for Movember.

Your Mo-Mission

You’ll be the beating heart of the Movember campaign across the UK and Europe, and the reason our community feels genuinely looked after when it matters most.

As part of the Oppies crew—a vibrant, high-energy team that powers the campaign from September through December—you’ll:

  • Be the first voice people hear when they reach out—across email, live chat, SMS, and phone.
  • Process donations and support gift matching.
  • Help manage Facebook fundraising pages.
  • Monitor the website for anything needing flagging.
  • Assist with research, outreach, and data management alongside the Fundraising team.
  • Process post-campaign thank-yous.
  • Ensure merchandise and rewards reach hard-earned supporters.
  • Handle office management.
  • Bring the Movember energy to events in person as the campaign heats up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
