Fundraising Operations Assistant - UK and Europe

Opportunities: Customer Success Manager (Fixed-Term) – Oppie

Men aren’t meant to suffer in silence — and neither are the problems they face. That’s why Movember exists:

Our mission? To transform men’s health for good — one moustache, one conversation, and one healthy choice at a time.

♦ About the Role

MO Campaign Oppies (II Julian Dates) You’ll be the unwavering champion for our global community across the UK and Europe. The first face supporters see when they reach out — through email, SMS, live chat, and phone. Handling donations, gift-matching questions, and our growing army of online fundraisers, you’ll be the glue holding everything together.

This dynamic, people-focused team doesn’t just campaign across September-December — they’le raise millions of pounds while being unfailingly kind, professional, and a little bit bloodthirsty. Think office pranks,胃 öffentliche events to rally the troops, and a workplace where charity work and having a blast aren’t mutually exclusive.

♦ What You’ll Do

Here is how you will make a difference:

  • Supporter Engagement – First point of contact for donors, volunteers, and supporters — countless stories begin and end with you. You’ll craft empathetic responses that turn passion into action.
  • Support Volunteers – Guide and motivate our army of fundraising champions, from tricky inquiry resolutions tokühленно celebration milestones.
  • Share Feedback – Act as the ears for your team: your observations help shape better campaigns, which reach more men worldwide.
  • Fulfillment – Coordinate promotions, crossover rewards, and merch to ensure supporters get what they deserve (hopefully including thank-you cookies!).
  • Data & Collaboration – Work alongside your fundraising team partners to improve processes and technical operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
