Salary package: £26,383 per annum, plus £3,000 London Weighting (if applicable)
Contract type: FTC until August 2027
Job location: Nationwide, any regional office

The Fundraising Operations Coordinator is critical to ensuring we deliver operational excellence across our fundraising activities. This will include:

  • Donor stewardship communications
  • Cross-departmental administrative support
  • Efficient financial processing

Do you have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy demonstrated through consistently producing accurate work, and complete and reliable records?
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience of documenting and managing tasks on time?
  • Proficiency with Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) with experience of producing clear documentation?
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, adapting style and tone to suit different audiences and purposes?
  • Strong time management skills and capability of managing a busy workload and competing priorities?
  • Experience using Salesforce, or other CRM systems?
