The Role
The Fundraising Operations Lead position offers an exciting opportunity to drive high-performing fundraising activity while delivering outstanding supporter experiences.
Permanent, full-time (35 hours/week) Location: Hybrid (Here East Press Centre, London, E15 2GW + working from home) Deadline: Applications close 11:59 PM GMT, Thursday 16 July 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team handling supporter care, compliance, and fundraising operations.
- Ensure high-quality supporter service, including effective enquiry handling, feedback management, and complaint resolution.
- Oversee fundraising compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and organisational standards.
- Manage income processing, data integrity, and reconciliation to maintain operational excellence.
- Drive systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency and supporter experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners, prioritising service quality.
- Utilise data and analytics to identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance performance.
- Collaborate closely with fundraising teams and the broader organisation to support campaigns and long-term growth.

- Proven expertise in compliance management within a regulated environment.

- Ability to manage suppliers and external partnerships effectively.
- Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise demands and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
