The Role

The Fundraising Operations Lead position offers an exciting opportunity to drive high-performing fundraising activity while delivering outstanding supporter experiences.

Permanent, full-time (35 hours/week) Location: Hybrid (Here East Press Centre, London, E15 2GW + working from home) Deadline: Applications close 11:59 PM GMT, Thursday 16 July 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team handling supporter care, compliance, and fundraising operations.
  • Ensure high-quality supporter service, including effective enquiry handling, feedback management, and complaint resolution.
  • Oversee fundraising compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Manage income processing, data integrity, and reconciliation to maintain operational excellence.
  • Drive systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency and supporter experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners, prioritising service quality.
  • Utilise data and analytics to identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate closely with fundraising teams and the broader organisation to support campaigns and long-term growth.
