Join the door-to-door fundraising team representing one of the world's leading environmental NGOs.

About the Role

Greenpeace UK is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Leader to become part of our dynamic fundraising team. As a commission-based Manager you will have uncapped earnings, with a minimum weekly wage guarantee of £12.75ph for all hours worked.

You will also receive a weekly manager bonus based on your team's results.

This is the right role for an experienced manager or for a fundraiser / door sales canvasser looking for the next step in their career.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Least 6 months experience in door to door sales or face to face fundraising
  • Previous managerial experience driving sales results running a small team
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a target driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of how Greenpeace work - Look at the website
