Team Leader – Door-to-Door Fundraising (Dinosaur Fund) with Greenpeace UK

About the Role
Greenpeace UK is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Leader to join our dynamic fundraising team.
As a commission-based Manager, you’ll benefit from uncapped earnings alongside a minimum weekly wage guarantee of £13.25/hour for all hours worked.
You’ll receive an additional weekly manager bonus based on your team’s results—giving you the potential to earn more with each success.
This role is perfect for an experienced manager or a fundraiser/door-to-door salesperson looking for their next career step.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Unlimited earning potential through commission

What You’ll Do
After training at Greenpeace UK’s London head office, you’ll:
- Lead a team of fundraisers in door-to-door campaigns across the UK
- Engage with communities, inspiring supporters to donate to Greenpeace’s global work
- Have the opportunity to apply for fundraising at major UK festivals
- Drive sales results while guiding your team to success
You’ll advocate for environmental action while meeting like-minded people—while earning great money.
Requirements
To be a successful Team Leader for Greenpeace UK, you must:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate at least 6 months of experience in door-to-door sales or face-to-face fundraising
- Have previous managerial experience, including running a small team and driving sales results
- Exhibit self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Thrive in a target-driven environment
- Have a basic understanding of Greenpeace’s mission (review it here)
