Funds Associate/Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) | London
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Funds Associate (3-6 years' PQE) to join a growing and ambitious Funds team in London.
This role is ideal for a high-performing associate looking to accelerate their career within a leading international law firm. The successful candidate will have strong experience advising on investment funds matters, with exposure to fund transactions including primary investments, secondaries, co-investments, and other complex transactional work.
The Opportunity
You will join a dynamic and expanding team advising an exceptional client base on a broad range of high-profile capital raising and transactional mandates.
This is a rare opportunity to become part of a growing practice where associates are given genuine responsibility from an early stage. You'll take ownership of matters, draft and negotiate key transaction documents (including facility agreements where relevant), lead negotiations with counterparties, and work directly with clients on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
