Funds Creation and Distribution Product Manager (Senior Vice President)

Team/Role Overview
This is a critical Product Management role working directly with Global Head of Transfer Agency & Collective Investment Schemes (CIS), with focus on transforming our CIS business in NAM/Latam and globally . The Product Manager is responsible for managing a broad range of responsibilities, including client product requirements, new business development, contribution to the design and evolution of the platform and services, etc.
The Product Manager will work closely with client organisation, technology, data and other stakeholders globally, while leading both product strategies and tactical deliverables and capabilities throughout the product life cycle to ensure agile execution, client satisfaction, compliance regulations and business risk profile, while driving continued growth.
Candidate will leverage existing knowledge and skills to materially improve and grow our offering and regional footprint, while benefiting from the opportunity to get involved in global Transfer Agency and Collective Investments Schemes business.
The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products, increase share of market, while building new generation platform capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Lead Target Operating Model design by partnering with Client Organisation, Operations and Technology to drive the design and implementation of the Global Target Operating Model for CIS, including specific NAM and Latam requirements. Develop and manage strategic program roadmap for assigned regions by developing and implementing roadmaps considering client experience, financial performance, risk, and scalability Supervise day-to-day product management for core products across product delivery, client experience, commercial negotiations, and remove obstacles to achieve business results Partner with client organisation to drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, multiple countries, region, or business requiring coordination and integration across units as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting job family or function within a region or business Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions Ensure governance and compliance by partnering with Risk & Control teams to ensure appropriate governance for product capabilities, design, and technology changes. Drive towards achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps in business plans Lead innovation by working with external partners to develop products, manage ongoing relationships, exercise control over resources, policy formation, and planning, and prepare agreements Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

What We’ll Need From You
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, specialized analytics or related discipline Extensive industry experience in investment funds product creation and/or distribution, with EU-US cross-border experience and global awareness, and preferably platform building experience Demonstrated experience in business process and technology architecture engineering/implementations, particularly in Financial Services solutions Understanding of emerging products and required capabilities including digital assets, crypto currencies, and tokenization Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Disciplined and comfortable with ambiguity, with the maturity to interact and influence effectively across multiple levels in a global organisation Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating a long-term vision to clients and across the company Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
