A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Private Funds Associate or Senior Associate (3–9 PQE) to join its highly regarded Asset Management and Investment Funds practice in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier team advising leading fund sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on sophisticated private funds matters across a range of asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private credit.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of private funds matters, including:
- Fund formation, structuring and fundraising
- Private fund investments and co-investment arrangements
- Carried interest and incentive structures
- Ongoing fund operations and governance matters
- Regulatory aspects of private funds
- Institutional investor and strategic investment mandates
- Cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions

Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from lawyers who can demonstrate:
- 3–9 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in private fund formation and/or investor-side funds work
- Experience gained at a leading City, international or specialist funds practice
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- Strong commercial awareness and client management capabilities
- A collaborative approach and interest in business development
