Salary & Location
- Salary: £23,248 to £23,810 per annum (including Weighting Allowance of £2,733 per annum)
- Location: Blackheath Funeral Service, Blackheath
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:00
About the Role

Our Funeral Arrangers play a vital role, combining empathy, organisation, and administrative precision to guide families through the funeral process while ensuring every detail is handled with care. Beyond standard duties, you’ll support local community fundraising and work closely with families in their time of need.
The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional service to families during a difficult time.
- Assist in funeral arrangements, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare detailed handover notes to Funeral Directors to guarantee seamless event execution.
- Build strong community relationships by leading fundraising initiatives and outreach programmes.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal and listening skills, paired with high standards of administrative accuracy.
