Full-Time Furniture Specialist – Harrods

We’re currently seeking a passionate, detail-focused Furniture Specialist to join our close-knit Harrods team in the Furniture department. If you have an eye for luxury home decor, a keen understanding of product specifications, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service—along with confidence in using technology (e.g., ordering systems, MS Excel)—this role could be the perfect fit for you.

About the Role

As a Furniture Specialist at Harrods, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing world-class, personalised customer service with expert product knowledge.
  • Building a loyal client database and proactively converting leads to meet business goals.
  • Selling Furniture and bringing customers’ visions to life through collaborative design and service skills.
  • Working closely with Private & Personal Shopping and our Harrods Interior Design Team.
  • Taking full ownership of Furniture orders from start to finish, including aftercare, to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Developing expertise in beds and sleep solutions (while prior experience is advantageous, it’s not mandatory).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
