About Homary
HOMARY is a globally leading modern furniture and home lifestyle brand, blending classic design with superior quality. We currently operate two UK showrooms – in Chiswick (London) and Birmingham – and are rapidly expanding our retail footprint through new company-owned stores and a franchising programme across the country.
The Role
This is a hands-on, store-based role with a regional focus. In addition, you will serve as the operational lead for our growing network of franchised stores in the London area – taking day-to-day ownership of its operations, sales performance, and team management. You will also act as the central point of contact for London-area franchisees. This dual function allows you to directly influence both our flagship location and the broader regional expansion.
Please note: the exact balance between Chiswick duties and franchise support will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate before joining, based on business needs and individual strengths.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
