This is a field-based role covering areas in Scotland, where you'll be out on the road each day delivering high-quality repairs in homes and workplaces.

The Role

As a Furniture Repair Technician, you'll assess, diagnose, and repair a wide range of furniture, aiming for first-visit fixes and consistently high standards. You'll work independently while being supported by a team that values your skills, feedback, and ideas.

What You'll Do

  • Visit customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wooden furniture, and related items
  • Confidently diagnose issues and deliver high-quality repairs
  • Complete accurate documentation and return information promptly
  • Work towards first-visit resolution and quality targets
  • Promote care kits where appropriate
  • Maintain your vehicle, tools, and professional presentation
  • Share ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement

Essential

What We're Looking For

  • Aged 18+ with a full UK driving license (up to 6 points accepted)
  • Practical, hands-on repair experience (ideally furniture, wood, or leather)
  • Confidence working in customers' homes with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Ability to represent the business professionally face-to-face
