Chair Co. – Product Team Manager (UK) – NEW ROLE

Contract Chair Co. is the UK’s leading B2B supplier of hospitality furniture. Our clients include businesses, design practices, and other hospitality industry intermediaries, mostly based in the UK—with several key sites across the globe. From our head office in Hammersmith, our friendly team delivers an exceptional sales and customer care experience.

Our ambitious growth plan means we’re adding a second Product Team Manager to enable faster responses to customer needs. You’ll work closely with a dedicated product designer and our website product team, sharing key responsibilities:


Responsibilities

  • Ensure our website showcases the most relevant and appropriate products for our customers
  • Relentlessly search for and onboard global suppliers, ensuring we source the best options
  • Build, manage, and negotiate supplier relationships through regular meetings and contracts
  • Maintain and optimise our dynamic product library for easy navigation and relevance
  • Source bespoke furniture solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Develop and deliver product training for sales and internal teams
  • Create engaging blog content to support our brand and digital strategy
  • Manage showroom inventory to showcase our latest products effectively

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant product management experience
  • A sharp eye for design, combined with strong critical thinking skills
  • A professional, workmatic approach that aligns with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across virtual, national, and international teams
  • Willingness to travel regularly as part of this role
