TIKITACA FUTSAL | LONDON is a Futsal club based in West London, focusing on the development of young players aged 4 - 18. The club is dedicated to nurturing talent through participation in tournaments and the Youth Futsal League. It strives to create a dynamic and inclusive environment, emphasizing skill development and teamwork for aspiring players. TIKITACA FUTSAL is passionate about fostering the next generation of Futsal athletes while promoting a love for the sport.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Futsal Head Coach at the club's location in Uxbridge. The Head Coach will be responsible for:

- Planning and executing training sessions
- Mentoring players
- Developing their technical and tactical skills
- Preparing them for competitive matches

Additional duties may include:
- Coordinating with parents
- Overseeing tournament participation
- Ensuring the well-being and safety of players during activities
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Futsal coaching, including player development and match preparation
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions tailored to U4-U12 age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor players and collaborate with parents
- Organizational and management skills to oversee team logistics and tournaments
- Relevant certifications in sports coaching or Futsal qualification (e.g., FA Level 1/2 or equivalent)
- Experience with safeguarding and promoting the safety and welfare of children
- Passion for Futsal and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive sporting environment
- First Aid certification and knowledge of emergency protocols are a plus
