Quartix has been operating in the UK for over 25 years and now supports over 11,500 UK customers who track more than 165,000 vehicles. What You Might Work On

Depending on Future Openings, Responsibilities May Include

  • Supporting customers via phone, email or case management systems
  • Providing technical assistance for fleet tracking and dash camera solutions
  • Analysing data to identify trends, issues or optimisation opportunities
  • Delivering training to customers or internal teams
  • Managing Salesforce cases and maintaining accurate records
  • Working with international teams across the UK, EU and US
  • Supporting sales processes and customer onboarding
