What You Might Work On
Depending on Future Openings, Responsibilities May Include
- Supporting customers via phone, email or case management systems
- Providing technical assistance for fleet tracking and dash camera solutions
- Analysing data to identify trends, issues or optimisation opportunities
- Delivering training to customers or internal teams
- Managing Salesforce cases and maintaining accurate records
- Working with international teams across the UK, EU and US
- Supporting sales processes and customer onboarding

About You
