Aspiring Teachers – Paid Classroom Experience
Primary & Secondary Schools | Full-Time Opportunities | Flexible Start Dates
Are you considering a career in teaching but want to gain valuable classroom experience before committing to a PGCE or teacher training?
Milk Education is working with welcoming primary and secondary schools looking for enthusiastic Aspiring Teachers to join their teams as:
- Teaching Assistants
- Cover Supervisors
- Learning Support Assistants
- Behaviour Mentors
This is the perfect opportunity to:
- Develop your classroom confidence
- Work alongside experienced teachers
- Gain hands-on experience valued by teacher training providers
Hours & Contract
- Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:30
- Full-time, short-term, long-term, and permanent roles available
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support pupils across the classroom, 1:1, and in small groups
- Deliver pre-planned lessons as a Cover Supervisor where required
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement with learning
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN (Special Educational Needs)
- Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents
- Gain experience across a variety of year groups and subjects
