About the Role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. They are responsible for prospecting, acquisition, and activation across their allocated market segments, delivering solutions for complex business challenges, and helping customers discover the full value of Revolut.

We’re looking for an FX Forwards Product Sales Executive to:

  • Build and drive a sales pipeline for our range of FX derivatives
  • Bring product expertise to the Sales team, helping close complex sales opportunities through cross-selling and outbound pitching
  • Engage with both existing Revolut Business customers and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently to build and close a customer pipeline
  • Prospect directly across Revolut Business customers, employing a solution-based sales approach
  • Clearly communicate Revolut’s FX forward value proposition to customers in:
    • The Nordics
    • Select Eastern European countries
  • Identify and address key pain points in relationship satisfaction across existing FX partners
  • Build individual sales structure and ownership across your allocated segment
  • Exceed sales targets set by management, leveraging individual campaigns to meet objectives

Key Requirements

  • Fluent command of English
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with clear articulation on the phone
  • Prior experience selling FX forward products in a non-bank environment
  • Telesales experience, with clear evidence of demonstrated commercial success
  • Eagerness to develop within a high-performing, dynamic sales culture
