FX Sales Professional
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the rapidly growing Global Markets team as an FX Sales professional, with the opportunity to be involved in interest rates and commodities.
This role is ideal for an ambitious FX sales professional with experience across foreign exchange, who is looking to join a highly entrepreneurial, client-focused environment. You'll be responsible for originating new business, growing existing client relationships and delivering sophisticated risk management solutions to a broad range of corporate and institutional clients.
Working alongside an experienced and well-respected team, you'll play a key role in expanding our clients' Global Markets offering while benefiting from a collaborative culture and significant opportunities for career progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients requiring FX, interest rate and commodity hedging solutions
- Originate new business through proactive business development and networking
- Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers, Private Equity firms, Family Offices and Institutional clients
- Structure and deliver solutions across Spot and Forward FX FX Options, Structured Risk Management Products.
- Work closely with trading, structuring and execution teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the wider platform.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic developments and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue and business development targets.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

Experience Required
- Proven experience in FX sales.
- Demonstrable track record of winning new business and growing client revenues.
- Experience selling hedging and risk management solutions to corporate and/or institutional clients
- Strong understanding of Foreign Exchange.
- Excellent commercial awareness and consultative sales approach.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
