Role overview
Britannia Global Markets is seeking an experienced Institutional FX Brokerage Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is designed for a proven sales professional with direct brokerage experience and an established network of institutional clients.

The Role:
- Originate and develop new institutional business within an FX brokerage environment
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and other institutional counterparties
- Provide tailored FX execution and liquidity solutions across spot, forwards, and other brokerage products
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity targets
- Stay ahead of market trends to deliver timely, insight-driven client support

What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in institutional FX brokerage sales (essential)
- Strong network of institutional clients, ideally transferable
- In-depth knowledge of FX products, execution, and liquidity solutions
- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and closing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on revenue generation and client growth
