UK New Business Sales – Senior Lead (FX)
The Markets FX Sales team at LSEG FX delivers market-leading FX trading solutions, offering a comprehensive end-to-end ecosystem spanning the full trade lifecycle—from pre-trade analytics and execution through to post-trade compliance and clearing.
Our award-winning FX trading venues connect over 2,400 institutions with 200+ liquidity providers, supporting Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, and Options across 500+ currency pairs.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Co-Head of EMEA FX Sales, this enterprise-level leadership role is focused on defining strategy and driving sustained revenue growth across the UK’s Asset Managers, Corporates & Hedge Funds FX business.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Market Ownership: Define and execute a comprehensive GTM (go-to-market) strategy for UK New Business customers.

Revenue Growth & Business Development: Deliver against ambitious revenue targets via disciplined new business acquisition. Build high-value client relationships across FX markets and push transaction volumes.

Executive Relationship Management: Activate, develop and expand senior-level relationships with UK Asset Managers, Institututional Clients, Corporates & Hedge Funds.

Commercial Governance & Forecasting: Own, communicate and track a robust revenue strategy and forecast.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive a One LSEG partnership approach with Sales, Product and Technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a results-driven senior executive:
- Enterprise Sales Leader with 3-5 years’ experience in FX Sales (desirable).
- Proven track record in revenue/cash pipeline execution.
- Regulated trading competitive space expertise in Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Corporate clients.
- Trading workflow knowledge, including pre-trade, trade execution and post-trade compliance.
- Insight into industry trends, competition and emerging products.
- A flexible professional with a strong ‘client first’ approach.
