This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for Game Management Operators (Casino) based in United Kingdom.
As a Game Management Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of a diverse online casino portfolio across multiple brands and markets. You will oversee game releases, monitor content performance, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional player experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving are highly valued. Accountabilities
- Manage daily game uploads, releases, and platform configurations, ensuring content is accurately synchronized across multiple brands, markets, and systems.
- Monitor game availability, content accuracy, and overall platform quality through regular operational checks and ongoing performance tracking.
- Investigate and resolve first-line game-related incidents, escalating complex issues when necessary and following them through to resolution.
- Coordinate with game providers, aggregators, and internal teams by creating, managing, and tracking support tickets to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to support game launches, promotional activities, and market-specific updates.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, reporting tools, and tracking records while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Support the broader casino operations team with day-to-day activities to ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-quality player experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience in iGaming operations, customer support, content management, CRM, marketing, or a related operational role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, back-office systems, and operational tracking platforms.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Familiarity with casino platforms, content management systems, or back-office tools is an advantage.
- Experience supporting promotional campaigns or working directly with game providers is considered a plus.
