We're on the hunt for an organised and collaborative Game Producer to join our fantastic Game Studio team in Sunderland. This isn't just a job; it’s a chance to be the engine that drives our games from concept to launch!

What You'll Be Getting Up To (A Glimpse into Your New Role!)

Your role is to ensure quality and quantity are delivered at exactly the right time by removing friction and enabling creativity. A typical day might look like this:

  • Facilitating and leading ceremonies like stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives across cross-functional teams (Design, Illustration, Dev, QA).
  • Acting as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance, CRM) with timely project updates.
  • Proactively spotting and resolving risks/issues and negotiating with other teams to ensure resources are available to meet key milestones.
  • Working with project teams to develop detailed user stories and maintaining production schedules and milestone tracking.
  • Managing the localisation process for products across all markets, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility.

What We're Looking For in You

We're looking for someone who is a collaborative facilitator with a pragmatic approach to production.

The Must-Haves:

  • Proven background working in fast-paced environments where communication and stakeholder management have been paramount.
  • Expertise in Project Management, Planning, and Organisation, with a focus on delivering complex projects to a deadline.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate resources across the studio.
  • Core behaviours demonstrating collaboration, resilience, and a player-focused mindset.

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • An understanding of how games are designed and built and the challenges faced by technical and creative teams.
  • Awareness of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of gambling regulations in key markets.
