What The Role Entails
- Assist senior researchers in delivering end-to-end research projects using methods such as in-depth interviews, usability tests, multi-day playtests, diary studies, heuristic reviews or surveys.
- Assist projects and gain experience on every phase of a study: stakeholder engagement, preparation, fieldwork, analysis, and delivery.
- Support preparation for data gathering, working on discussion guides and surveys.
- Support the smooth running of our lab in London.
- Manage participants to and around the lab and ensure unbiased feedback is being gathered.
- Process and analyse qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
- Identify actionable insights and ensure they are communicated clearly.
- Take on more responsibilities as you learn and grow into the role.

Who We Look For
- Degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology or a field with a relevant focus on qualitative research is preferred. Early in your career and keen to learn from the industry.
- Good communicator, you can express complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable adapting to dynamic situations, especially when game builds don't always behave as expected.
- Comfortable around PCs and basic troubleshooting skills.
- You are a gamer, up to date with a variety of genres.
- You are passionate about games user research and assessing the player experience.
