We are looking for a proactive and experienced Games Designer / Game Developer with great communication skills to join our Logic Labs Studio. Recently founded, Logic Labs is a new, hungry and innovative studio looking to shake things up and make waves! If you are passionate about the iGaming industry and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Job Description Your influential mission. You will... Work as part of a team collaborating on and executing game ideas. Develop maths models and simulate logic. Outline and document game logic flows Collaborate with development teams to communicate and prove mathematical models Stay updated on emerging mathematical methods and technologies in the iGaming industry. Analyse and refine game mechanics for better player experience and profitability. Qualifications Components for success. You... Previous experience as a Game Designer. Game Developer or similar. Have previous experience developing game concepts, simulating game software, and math proof modelling. Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Bring strong programming skills in C#, Java, C++ or equivalent backend languages. Are proficient with Excel. Have some experience in Unity game engine. Are a team player but also able to self-motivate and work independently. You'll get extra points for... Demonstrating previous experience and interest in the iGaming industry. Experience in a Game Design or Game Mathematician role Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage difficult situations. Thrive in a culture that values...
