What You Will Do
As our GaN Product Quality Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of product quality engineers that support the GaN product lifecycle for all quality aspects.
Duties will include:
- Supporting and driving GaN product release projects
- Managing customer requirements including product documentation
- Ensuring product quality performance during development and after release
- Ensuring compliance - Qualification standards and policies, data analysis, risk and change management
- Being the voice of the customer - Quality requirements and customer expectations concerning product qualification and release as well as quality assurance and controls into the organization, considering the challenges of GaN technology
- Taking responsibility with perseverance – Close coworking with development, marketing, and operations to ensure customer expectations, product quality, and process compliance
What You Will Need
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, material science, physics or related field
- Inclination and training records to step as a group manager with direct reports
- In-depth understanding of semiconductor products, underlying GaN technologies and associated failure modes
- Application of customer specific requirements and international standards as IEC, JEDEC, IATF 16949, Automotive AEC-Q101
- Strong collaborative and team-working skills based on structured, fact-based, and solution-oriented working methods
- To be self-motivated, open-minded with active engagement, showing high quality mindset in challenging environment
- Excellent written and verbal English for international communication
- Good presentation skills and confident in customer and executive management interaction
