About the Role

Join the GAP team!

As a Stock Team Member, you will be the heartbeat of our store. Your tasks will focus on ensuring products are processed quickly, presentable, and customer-ready.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Preparing for online sales – Accurately process stock, pack items efficiently, and transfer stock in/out of the store to meet deadlines and fulfil orders promptly.
  • Maintaining product appeal – Present products neatly, tidily, and at the highest standard for both in-store and online customers.
  • Keeping operational areas pristine – Ensure stockrooms, back rooms, and floors are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Offering complementary customer service – Assist on sales floors as needed to ensure fast, friendly service.
  • Collaborate with the team – Report to Operations Supervisors while working closely with the wider store team.
