About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be our face in-store—connecting with shoppers, sharing expertise on our products, and helping drive sales through exceptional service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our brand’s reputation while supporting store operations, from the checkout to the fitting rooms.
This is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values outstanding customer care, and takes pride in delivering excellence every day.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, helping with sales, fitting rooms, and till operations
- Boosting sales through product recommendations and persuasive techniques
- Ensuring the store is clean, cosy, and inviting for shoppers
- Handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns per store policy
- Supporting operational tasks, including restocking, back-of-house duties, and maintaining store presentation
- Exceeding sales targets to contribute to wider team success
About You
To succeed in this role at GAP, you should bring:
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral
- A customer-first mindset and an uplifting, proactive attitude
- Quick adaptability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment
- A passion for retail, commitment to high service standards, and a drive to deliver
- Ability to flex to weekday evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
