Sales Associate GAP (Part of the Next Group)

Shift Details 37.5 hours per week:

  • Monday: 11:45 – 20:15
  • Tuesday: 09:45 – 18:15
  • Wednesday: 09:45 – 18:15
  • Thursday: 12:45 – 21:15
  • Saturday: 09:45 – 18:15

About the Role

Join the GAP team as a Sales Associate and be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. This role is perfect for someone who loves retail, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a dynamic environment where exceptional service is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across sales, fitting rooms, and self-service tills
  • Boost revenue with product recommendations and suggestive sales techniques
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns per store procedures
  • Support operational tasks like auditing, restocking, and stock presentation
  • Achieve individual and team targets to contribute to store success
