- Salary: Above Real Living Wage
- Contract Type: Flexible with consistent full-time availability
- Typical Hours: Saturday and Sunday (5 hours per day)
About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Gardener to support the delivery of high-quality grounds services at a prestigious hotel in Egham. If you take pride in your work, prioritise health and safety, and want to be part of a professional, well-managed team, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Carry out routine and specialist grounds maintenance tasks, including:
- Grass cutting
- Strimming
- Hedge trimming
- Spraying
- Pruning
- Litter picking
- Operate a range of equipment and machinery safely and effectively
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and PPE to a high standard, reporting any defects
- Record completed work using mobile technology (training provided)
- Collaborate with your team to meet quality and performance targets

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance role
- A strong understanding of health & safety procedures and safe equipment operation
- Full UK driving license (preferred)
- Spraying qualifications (PA1 & PA6) and/or horticultural certification (desirable)
- A proactive, professional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
